CANDLE RENTAL PACKAGE - $950.00
Create a warm, romantic glow throughout your celebration with our curated Candle Rental Package. Designed to elevate your tablescape and enhance the ambiance of your wedding, this package includes 200 high-quality candles in a beautiful mix of styles and sizes.
Your collection may include:
Taper candles with hurricanes
Floating candles
Tea lights
A variety of complementary candle styles and vessels
Rather than simply placing candles on each table, our team will intentionally distribute the candles throughout your ceremony and reception spaces based on your floor plan and overall design, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere while complementing your florals, tablescapes, and décor.

SET UP AND BREAK DOWN TEAM - STAFFED ACCORDING TO WEDDING SIZE
Your wedding day should be about celebrating — not setting up tables, arranging décor, or cleaning up at the end of the night.
As part of our coordination services, your coordinator will naturally take care of placing your personal wedding-day items, such as framed photos, gift boxes, small signs, personalized details, and other day-of materials.
But if you have DIY projects, extensive décor, elaborate centerpieces, or larger-scale installations, you shouldn't have to rely on your family and friends to arrive early or stay late to handle them. Our Set-Up & Breakdown Team is available to take those additional responsibilities off your plate.
Additional services may include:
Set-up of centerpieces and tablescape décor
Placement of larger-scale décor and personal details
Set-up of DIY elements and specialty items
Assistance with ceremony and reception décor
Coordination of décor placement according to your design plan
Bussing and clearing of dinner service
Gathering and organizing personal items at the end of the evening

Pricing is customized based on your guest count, venue, scope of setup, amount of décor, and breakdown needs.

REHEARSAL DINNER OR BRIDAL SHOWER ADD ON - $1,500.00 PER EVENT
There’s always another event to plan, and you need help with that too! If you are one of our brides, you can add on your rehearsal dinner or bridal shower planning and coordination to your contract for a flat fee of $1,500.00. This fee includes 2 planning sessions where we talk design and timeline, and a coordinator on the day of the rehearsal dinner or bridal shower.
